Hey
Long time no see
So I thought I’d come back with his banger of a cold email for you
2 Real cold outreach examples (ft. Polish mountains & payment pain points)
Example 1:

Example 2:

So, What's your thought?
3 reasons why they worked:
Research + Timing
Liam went back 2 weeks into Yurii's LinkedIn history, found the Polish mountains post, and crafted his entire message around it.
(Original post of Yurii)

Value First, Pitch Second
Lucía spotted a real business problem. “400K visits, only 30% from US, but Woodpecker only accepts USD? That's 280K potential customers walking away.”
She didn't lead with "here's what I do." She led with "here's money you're leaving on the table." Big difference.
(Btw, woodpecker is the business of Yurii)
Readability + Personality
Both kept it short. Both showed personality. Liam's subject line "long bus ride?" is so casual you have to click it. Lucía's "hahahah you asked for it 😂!!" immediately references the original post.
Nailing the first line is super duper important.
So you see how neither felt like a potato robot wrote them?
3 more short & sweet tips:
🧊 Stalk (respectfully)
Don't just check their company page. Go deep. Find that LinkedIn post from 3 weeks ago. Notice they mentioned loving coffee in an interview. Reference their recent promotion.
The devil's in the details, and the details get replies.
🧊 Lead with their problem, not your solution
Everyone's inbox is full of "I help companies do X." Nobody cares what you do until they understand what problem you solve for THEM specifically.
Notice how both examples started with the prospect's situation, not a company pitch.
, so tldr
Stop yapping about yourself and stop mentioning ALL the possible objections. Be clear and smooth with it
🧊 Make saying yes stupidly easy
Liam asked one simple question about mountains. Lucía asked "what's your thought?"
Neither asked for a 30-minute call or a "quick chat to discuss synergies." They asked for 10 seconds of brain power.
That's the exact thing I've taught you in my ebook.
And with that, you should feel at least 50% more confident in your next cold outreach.
But it doesn't matter if you don't send them anyway. Shoot your shots.
P.S - Know anyone who'd benefit from this email? Please do forward it. Anyone new can subscribe to the cold emails hall of fame here :)
